MILCAH KAWIRA KITHINJI

Milcah is an experienced drafts person and litigator in local and international law matters. She has over 8 years experience as a litigant handling complex commercial and criminal cases across several jurisdictions. She has conducted legal research on a diverse range of matters such as disciplinary cases and internal conflicts with potential of giving rise to litigation in accordance with the UN Rules and Regulations.

Milcah’s practice is focused on domestic and international clients in a range of disputes. Her varied litigation background enables her to provide clients knowledgeable representation across a range of matters. She is an experienced negotiator and mediator having handled a number of matters for the United Nations-ICTR in Arusha Tanzania. She in charge of litigation and conveyancing practice of the firm, ensuring ensures client’s wishes are well articulated and matters are dealt with professionally and in the clients’ best interests.
