CATHERINE KENDI MUTUNGI

Kendi Mutungi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya for the last eight (8) years and is the Partner in charge of Legal Research and Training at the Firm.

Extremely meticulous, her analytical skills enables her provide legal dimensions that give clients an edge. Her sense of balance ensures that matters are done right by all and this informs her passionate interest in Constitutional Law, Governance and Human Rights. Her experience in the past eight years has honed her skills in research, training, litigation and commercial practice especially in preparing transaction documents.

She has expertise in offering risk advisory and training services in devolution (administrative law and governance), company set-ups, commercial, employment, construction, technology and telecommunications, intellectual property and real estate matters.
